Advanced Vacuum AB (AV) has received an order for the supply of one PECVD (Vision 310) to a leading semiconductor manufacturer in Germany. The system will be used to deposit Silicon nitride and Silicon dioxide films.

Advanced Vacuum AB (AV) has received an order for the supply of one RIE (Vision 320) to a leading academic institution in Singapore. The system will be used to etch various materials.

Advanced Vacuum is awarded a contract to supply a Vision 320 Mk II RIE from BCC Biosensing Competence Centre, a joint research centre by Tampere University of Technology and VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland.
